We are a full service design and development office led by Mark Timmins. Mark has over 20 years experience in design and construction in New York City. For 17 years Mark designed and managed projects while in the offices of David Hotson Architect, DXA Studio and in association with Maya Lin, David Adjaye and Legorreta + Legorreta before opening mtad studio in 2016.
